Growing Alaskan Hericium

Ester Mushroom Farm is already producing spawn to dial in a cultivation process with the local lion's mane mushroom, but the farm will not begin full operation until Fall 2021 or later, and will be at Tanana Valley Farmer's Market in 2022.
